A wooded park of 4 600 m2
Various species of fruit trees share this vast space; cherry, fig, kiwi, apple, pear and many plum trees. Announcing the end of winter, the plum trees begin to bloom in February, followed closely by the cherry and apple trees. Each in turn, as if to prolong our pleasure, they offer us a spectacle of incomparable beauty until April… Enclosing the park, the rubble wall on the south side is home to the vine. Amandin, Phoenix, Perdin, Candin, Otelo and old vines will delight you in the summer.
Finally, the park is also home to deciduous and coniferous trees. The majestic weeping willow and its beneficial shade in the heart of summer, the giant sequoias, the ash trees, hazelnut trees, walnut trees, lime trees, laurel trees, box trees and seringas.
A welcoming park for animal biodiversity
If you take the time to rest, you will be surprised by the diversity of its inhabitants. You will be able to see and hear many species of birds; blue tits, robins, hoopoes, nightingales, finches, woodpeckers, blackbirds… as well as a multitude of butterflies, dragonflies and lizards.
In the morning, you will also come across the squirrels that come to get their winter supplies, and the roe deer that come to roam around…
You will also come across the green collars, which leave their habitat for a short lunch break… And if you go near the river, you may be lucky enough to see a grey heron or a kingfisher.
